Stephen Tebo is the founder and owner of Tebo Development Co. He started the company in 1972 by building one building on 28th Street in Boulder, in order to have space for the two businesses he owned, Tebo Coin and Tebo Store Fixtures.
He now specializes in retail space, mostly in Boulder County. In addition to buying existing buildings and remodeling them, Tebo Development Co. also builds spec buildings and luxury residences. His portfolio consists of more than 150 properties.
